ENROL YOUR CHILD

What happens at the educational assessment?

Perhaps the most important outcome of this initial meeting is that it marks the beginning of a special rapport that will develop between the student and teacher. As your child continues to attend at the centre, they will further that relationship and you will find that it leads to effective learning, increased confidence and future success.

Also at the initial meeting, parents and children have a chance to see the centre facilities and learn how the Kip McGrath system works. During your visit we take the opportunity to find out how well your child is coping with their schoolwork.

We also ensure there are no physical problems, such as your child's visual or hearing ability, that could be affecting their progress at school. We are happy to discuss any of these issues and can offer a wide range of referrals that may help your child achieve to their full potential.

The information gained from this first meeting helps us set the starting level and scope of your child's programme. After the assessment, we design an individual programme for your son or daughter.
